Did you know that exercise and sports play a significant role in maintaining optimal physical and mental health? Several studies have shown that engaging in regular physical activity helps to maintain cognitive function, reduces stress and the risk of mental health issues, and protects you from depression, anxiety, and poor health.

From the above, it is evident that you should engage in exercise and sports regularly. I’ve got some good news in line with this. The Chicago Inter-Church Sports Tournament is almost here, and I’m inviting you to be a part of this special event.

The Chicago Inter-Church Sports Tournament comes up next month

What’s The CICSC?

CICSC stands for Chicago Inter-Church Sports Competition. This event is organized by GodKulture and several other sponsors. This event features an array of sports that you can participate in as an individual or in a group.

The theme for this year’s CICSC is “UNITY IS FUN.” Some of the events to look forward to during the event include:

  • Soccer.

  • Basketball.

  • Volleyball.

  • Table Tennis.

  • Relay Races.

  • Chess.

  • Video Games – FIFA24 Tournament (XBOX).

  • Mini Golf.

  • Fitness & Kickboxing with Coach D.

The Chicago Inter-Church Sports Tournament comes up next month. Check the details below:

Date: May 26, 2025.

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Venue: COMED Recreation Center At Addams Park, 1434 S Loomis St., Chicago IL, 60608.

If you are in Chicago or its environs, then I cannot wait to receive you. Remember, don’t come alone. If you are a church leader or pastor, then you should seize the opportunity to register your church.
